After seeing all of these cute hairdos, I was wishing that we wouldn't have cut the Princess's hair!
Here's the first hairstyle that I thought was especially cute. A simple twisted half pony.......
Here's our attempt to recreate this lovely Amanda Seyfried hairstyle:
And this one: We've actually done similar stuff with a quick twist across the front before. I'm guessing you have too.
This one was my favorite! I looked all over and couldn't find a picture of the back of this hairstyle though. If you watch the movie, you'll see it towards the end (at the wedding.) And yes, I may have to rent the video when it comes out just so that I can see this hairstyle again.
Here's the front.....
And a closer view. I love the loose elegant waves. A perfect example of "messy cute."
Too funny that you posted this, as I've got the first style on my list waiting to post! I've yet to see the movie, but it looks so good! She's such a pretty girl & has amazing hair!
ReplyDeleteI was thinking the same thing when I was watching the movie! I loved how they did her hair, especially the last one at the wedding.
ReplyDeletecheck out my blog today. You got an award!
ReplyDeletemy daughter is donating her locks in Oct. Snip snip at my place!
Very pretty!
ReplyDeleteI have my daughter's hair done like the second picture today :)
I loved the movie and also loved her different hair styles! The one for the wedding was gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteThose styles are so pretty! Your Princess's hair isn't so short, I bet you could modify those styles a bit to make them work.
ReplyDeletehow is the first one done?!
ReplyDeleteOMGosh I totally did the same thing when I saw this movie 2 weeks ago! Fortunately, I have a photographic memory, so the back view of the wedding style is in my "drawing board" phase right now! I'm hoping my Angel will let me do it for church on sunday. I'll let you know as soon as I post it!
ReplyDeleteI was thinking the very same thing through the whole movie!! I loved the last style especially and my friend and I discussed how to do it the whole way home. I can't wait for the movie to come out too. We just cut 7 inches off my little girl's hair, but I think she still has enough to try the beautiful hairdo, but I don't have a photographic memory so I can't wait to see someone elses reproduction or rent the movie.
ReplyDeleteWow, that last look is really pretty! I'm so sad that the princess has to cut her hair :(
ReplyDeletehow is the first one done?
ReplyDeleteSo, I finally just watched this movie so I could see her hair. Gorgeous of course. But I have to ask...The first looks so darn simple, but it's the only one I can't figure out. Can anyone tell me how to do it? I know you said "simple half twisted pony" but I swear I have no idea what that means!! I keep trying and can't figure it out. Lame, I know. The others at least make sense to me!! hahaha! Any help figuring out that first picture would be much appreciated as I would love to be able to do that to my hair often...you know, so I look like I actually did my hair but it wasn't time consuming? THANKS!!!
ReplyDeletei luv that first hairstyle :). it's one of my favorites, 'cause its so quick but very pretty!!
ReplyDeleteOK So this is the first time I have seen your page. I LOVE IT!!! Thank you for all this info. I have tried to do the front twist for my lil princess but it does not turn out right. How do you do it?
ReplyDeletehow do you do it
ReplyDeletethis is such a cute and easy hairstyle! No joke but i think that you should start doing celebrities hair!!
ReplyDeletei would love it if you could show us to do the wedding do! is the pricesses hair long enough yet, it's so cute, and would be great for formal occasions.
