Cage Braids, Curvy French Braided Cascading Veil

Unique French Braiding

Today we are working with some Cage Braids to form a curvy "cascading veil" hairstyle.
cage braid hairstyleI'm thinking this would be a lovely hair style for a flower girl, prom, or maybe even a bride!
curved cage braidI think next time we try these braids I'm going to add some flowers randomly throughout ... wouldn't that be pretty?
flower girl hairstyleThis hairstyle should work well with straight or wavy hair. I haven't tried it with super curly hair, so let us know how it goes if you try it! You'll also need fairly long hair to complete the braiding. Oh, and for those of you who don't know how to french braid, I have a very similar style with no braiding skills required coming just for you... so keep an eye out.

    That is soo cool! I did something similar a couple of weeks ago, but I didn't think to braid a few plaits in-between to keep the strands separated. It looks so much better that way! You are a genius! Beautiful style!! Thanks for sharing :)

    I tried it and had no problem at all (i did this on my self and im 12 so..) until the back braid mine looke all retarded it looked out of place but then i tried it again and it looked GREAT!! oh and btw i love all your hairstyles and attempt to do most of them on myself and most of the tim im successful thank you for your tutorials!!!! :)
