Braided Lattice Pull-Through Hairstyle, Video Instructions: (Click here to watch the video directly on YouTube.)
This "braided lattice pull through hairstyle" is inspired by a similar style we saw on Instagram by: "jennies_hairstyles"
We both love that this half-up hairstyle is fairly quick and easy, but still looks intricate and unique. We are always getting requests for DIY styles and I think this one would be easy enough to do on yourself. No French braiding involved!
This hairstyle reminds me of something a medieval princess would wear! So delicate and pretty. I think this would be cute for weddings, communions, school, church, flower girls, prom, homecoming, etc.
Supplies needed to recreate this hairstyle:
- 1 medium, clear elastic
- 4 small, clear elastics
- 2 temporary clips or hair ties
- Water, gel, or pomade (to help control flyaways)
Of course, you can switch up the braids in the center for any type of braid you want to use (rope braids, fishtails, 4-strands.) This style should work with long hair, medium hair, straight, wavy, or curly.
