Nothing too new or extravagant. But, fairly quick and cute! Start with 4 ponies in the front.
Make those 4 ponies become 3 ponies, like this........ Then, 2 ponies. This is why we are calling this one double diamonds........ Add some bows if you want. All Done........
I wanted to tell you that you have reminded me how much I love doing my little girls hair. After the bigger girls started doing their own and time seemed to be filled with other things I somehow let that go. (not that they didn't get spiffed up, just not much more than a ponytail) Now I am enjoying this aspect of motherhood again. Thanks!
My cousin's wife referred me to your blog. I have 2 girls, (4 & 2). Both love wearing their hair like a "princess". Thanks for the great, creative ideas! P.S. We already LOVE the messy, sideways braid/bun!!
I so wish this had been around when my daughter was younger. She is 11 now, almost twelve, and acts 16. She is too "cool" for mom to play with her hair now..*sigh* enjoy it while you can!
Oh my goodness!! I found you through another blog and I'm so excited! I'm always wondering how cute hair happens and have even looked for books to do my seven year olds hair. Thank you thank you for sharing your ideas!!!! much love, marci
I tried this one on my daughter's hair today with hot pink ribbons and ponies. It looked great! Her teacher told her it was the cutest hair she had ever seen and my daughter was thrilled. I'm not the best at doing hair, so this blog has helped me a ton. Thanks so much!
I love this, but my daughters complain that all the little rubber bands hurt their head. Is there a trick to making their hair pretty, without being uncomfortable?
