I've been working on getting a Valentines Day post ready to go. Here's a little preview for those of you who can't wait...... I didn't do step by step pics for this one. It's basically this heart hairstyle, just French Braided instead of Elastic Braided.
Don't mind the wet hair here. We were in a hurry to get out the door for church. If I would have had time, it would be curled and so much cuter. But, you get the basic idea.. right? The next day I left the braids in and pulled everything else back into a messy bun. It looked adorable. I should have taken pictures, but I didn't. Anyway, that's another option with this hairstyle.

I just started to learn how to french braid. I'm so impressed with your french braiding. I have no idea how you get it so tight and perfect. Maybe someday!
ReplyDeleteYour braids are amazing! I love this hairdo! You are so talented...and have a beautiful model to show off your new do's!
ReplyDeleteI am ALWAYS totally impressed with how perfect your hair is, everything is so precise and beautiful!
ReplyDeleteyou're so creative... I really like this... we'll have to do this for Valentines day! :D
ReplyDeleteSuch a beautiful hair design!
ReplyDeletePerfect for V Day!
So cute. My girls aren't going to know what's hit them.. hehehe
ReplyDeletethat is sooo pretty!
ReplyDeleteYour blog absolutely fascinated me. I have two daughters. On the days I get my older daughter ready for school, I stress over doing her hair. I just know I am going to do a bad job, and all I do is a basic ponytail (with two ties, because her hair is like her mom's, with insane tensile strength that defies a single tie).
ReplyDeleteI wish it was in the realm of possibility for me to do anything that looked even moderately nice.
Do you know any simple ones? Like a post for Dad's? :)
Thanks!

I did this one this morning, couldn't wait till valentines day, hehe! It looked beautiful and it was actually easier and faster than doing the pony one! I think for valentines I will braid in some pink ribbon! How fun!
ReplyDeleteblimey these are so amazing, i cant wait for our 2 year olds hair to grow a bit more and to sit still so i can do all of these styles on her...she would look so cute
ReplyDeleteOh I wish I knew about this when my daughter was young! Too awesome! Now her hair is too short, maybe when she grows it out she'll let me try. Nah probably not. You do an awesome job, your daughter must be envied by the other girls at school.
ReplyDeleteLove this one! I love the parts, and the way the briads work into each other.
ReplyDeleteI may have to repeat this one on my blog! (IF i do, I'll link back to you and give you the credit for the idea).
Super cute!
Duh---
ReplyDeleteI forgot....I noticed you don't have me on your blog list of hair blogs. Would you mind adding me? Thanks
Wow! You are so talented! It reminds me of when I was a little girl, my mother would always braid my hair, never in a heart though!
ReplyDeleteIf I EVER get my french braids that smooth and beautiful, will you give me a prize? Ha! I love the french braid heart. Perfect for Valentine's Day!
ReplyDeletePlease contact me at amanda@cutziepatutzieshoppe.com I would like to talk to you about being a part of your AMAZING blog!!
ReplyDeleteWow looks so very nice. Your princess is really really beautiful. I hope you will post more for your princess and thank you for sharing.
ReplyDeleteang galing naman
ReplyDeleteThese are such pretty hairstyles. My daughter has repunzal hair and I braid her hair all the time. She will absolutely love these new ones. Thank you.
ReplyDeleteI love this blog! I also love new hairstyles and these have really inspired me. I have used this heart style for years on my little sister and now my own daughters. Have you tried bring hair in only from one side of the braid (the side closest to the middle part of her head)? I makes the same heart shape but gives it a slightly different look. Love, love, love your styles!
ReplyDeleteMy daughter is currently growing out her bangs, so I'm always on the lookout for styles that will keep them out of the way. This is PERFECT!! We'll definitely be dpoing this one soon!
